KIS carries out various sports activities. Our physical education staffs are highly committed to fitness and wellness. They have vast experience in drawing out the best sporting instincts in students. Team work and sportsmanship skills are at the heart of the programme.
Physical education is an integral part of the curriculum. Students have a unique opportunity to be trained in cricket, football, basketball, table tennis, lawn tennis, swimming, martial arts, skating, chess, carom and kindergarten level motor skill based fun and fundamental sports activity and Pikachu sports.
The sports curriculum in our school relies entirely on the components of HRPF-Health Related Physical Fitness and SRPF- Sports related Physical Fitness to enable holistic development of our school students.
